Refund and Returns Policy

At TY Dress Collection LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at sales@tycollection.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and send it back to us using a traceable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
– Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for a return or refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@tycollection.com and follow the return process. Exchanges are subject to availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
– Gift cards
– Personalized or custom-made items
– Intimate apparel, such as lingerie, for hygiene reasons
– Items marked as “Final Sale”
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@tycollection.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
